Can we come without making an appointment in advance?

Before visiting, it is necessary to make an appointment in order to avoid queues. Please note that we operate 24/7, and only acute cases are handled on a priority basis.

Due to time constraints, is it possible to treat several teeth in one day?

The answer to this question can only be given by the doctor after an examination. Only simple procedures can be combined within one day.

How is the disinfection process carried out at your clinic?

The instruments undergo stages of washing and cleaning, pre-sterilization, and sterilization using a Class B autoclave, in accordance with standards approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia. All instruments are sterilized and individually packaged, and the package is opened in the presence of the patient.

If I have acute pain, how should I wait until my appointment turn comes?

Cases with acute pain are handled on a priority basis.

I forgot about my appointment, and they told me they would no longer see me. Why?

In the following cases, when a patient:

Does not show up at the scheduled time.

Is late and does not inform the administration.

Reschedules the appointment only 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

After the first visit, stops responding or staying in contact due to the pain subsiding.

(Exceptions apply in cases of valid reasons.)

We stop working with such patients altogether, regardless of the stage of treatment.
